As President of PWN Rome, Laura Mercuri brings strategic leadership shaped by her experience in governance, risk, and sustainability reporting. As board member and mentor, she is committed to empowering professionals, fostering meaningful connections, and advancing inclusive, future-ready leadership through collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth across communities today.

With nearly four decades in HR and organizational development, she’s navigated strategic roles in Italy’s top firms. From driving privatization at Fintecna to fostering a new culture at Alitalia during a merger with KLM, she’s championed talent development. At Trenitalia, she reshaped organizational culture, emphasizing diversity and meritocracy. As Vice President of PWN Rome, she continues her mission to empower professionals, drawing on her wealth of experience.

I am a specialized special education teacher, expert in learning tutoring and inclusive communication. I combine a solid background in the humanities with over ten years of experience in communication, education, and publishing. However, my true calling lies at the heart of educational institutions and the world of disability: a conscious and passionate choice, driven by the desire to dedicate my expertise to the education and growth of future generations.

Strong expertise in process reengineering and financial compliance. Driven by passion for people, I am interested in complexity and innovation. I am a supporter of a sustainable energy transition and a gender balanced leadership in business and society.

Cristina is VP Public & Institutional Relation at PWN Rome. Drawing on experience in ESG, energy, and institutional dialogue, and as Ambassador for STEM Women Congress Italia, she fosters connections between organizations and communities, promoting inclusive leadership, professional growth, and initiatives that create meaningful, lasting impact across diverse networks.

I’m a positive, well motivated and relyable person. Flexible and hardworker professional. Very good teamplayer , curious and openminded person, willing to set and achieve goals. I used to make sound decisions and act proactively. I like being a business partner with a strong leadership and organizational skills. Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and Good english and french school. Specialties:my specialities deal with: Press Office and public relation, recruitment and selection, training and internal communication, project management, team building.

I am a communication and marketing professional who believes in the power of words to drive change. For more than fifteen years, I have developed digital strategies for companies and organizations, advocating for sustainability, gender equality, and measurable social impact.

I am a curious person with a passion for languages and archery. Throughout my career in the banking sector, I have maintained relations with European institutions and the financial community. I joined PWN because of the values it promotes with an international outlook. This has given me the opportunity to expand my professional network and gain valuable experience. Having volunteered with the events team, I was then made responsible for the mentoring programme.

Lawyer and jurist born in Southern Italy, I built my career in public affairs across diverse policy fields, from audiovisual media to the automotive industry. I joined the Italian public administration in 2022 and now specialize in ministerial advisory roles, focusing on legislative affairs. I believe great work starts with a smile.

Mario is VP Digital & IT at PWN Rome, where he supports the network’s digital platform and online presence. With his strong experience in web marketing, business intelligence, e-commerce, and custom digital solutions, he brings a strong digital perspective to the board and its technology-related initiatives within PWN Rome. Through his passion and experience in AI, he is supporting the digital transformation from tradition to AI solutions.

For over 10 years I have worked in control governance and assurance activities. I believe in the positive influence each person can bring to their community and in the strength of meaningful alliances.
