HXO was founded through the collaboration of professionals who have been working for more than 20 years in consulting for both public and private companies. We are a rapidly growing organization that, over the past three years, has strengthened its market position and ranked among the top Italian training companies for project quality in competitive tenders for training services issued by some of the most important and well‑known national and international organizations.

Zirrafa for gentle communication was born from the idea and passion of Claudia Bocelli, an expert in gentle communication who has dedicated her life to promoting authentic and positive relationships. Since 2019, she has been teaching Leadership and Motivation in advanced training master programs for Public Administration at the Department of Business Economics of the University of Parma.

CEO for LIFE is an Italian community and platform that brings together more than 300 CEOs and business leaders committed to promoting sustainability, social responsibility, and the country’s development, in alignment with the UN 2030 Agenda.

Our Chapter is part of the Global STEM Women movement, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. STEM Women Italy s a project, a commitment, and a concrete tool to implement the cultural change needed to ensure that girls and young women can access studies, training, and careers in scientific, technological, engineering, and mathematical fields.
