PWN Rome is the Roman branch of PWN Global, an international, non-profit, and volunteer-driven organization committed to fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion. With over 3,200 members across 25 city networks, PWN Rome is dedicated to advancing gender-balanced leadership by providing resources, support, and a vibrant community.

Our members come from various professional backgrounds, and together, we strive to break down stereotypes, empower individuals, and create pathways to success in an ever-evolving, diverse world.
